Each figure is the certified-copy fee the state office quotes for one copy. Entries reading “Contact county”, “Contact court”, “Contact federal office” or “Verification only” are the state page’s own wording where the state does not issue that certificate centrally. Counties may add their own service charge on top of the state base fee.
