Editorial corrections
If you see an out-of-date fee, mailing address, telephone number, or processing detail for a county or state vital records office, please email editorial@vitaltrace.example with the URL of the page and a link to the state office page that supports the correction. Most corrections are reviewed within a week.

Notice for record requesters
VitalTrace cannot order, expedite, or follow up on a vital records request on your behalf. We do not have access to any state or county records system. To order a certificate, please use the official state vital records office linked from the relevant state page.
